Bipha Drug Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (“Bipha Ayurveda / Bipha Bio Science”) constantly works towards giving you the very best experience possible.

As opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we do not accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. Bipha is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

Exchange & Return (Product Issues Only)

In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we offer an exchange.

You are required to inform us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at:

Exchange of products will be accepted only if:

  • The product is returned in a saleable condition
  • Original packaging, receipt, and tags are intact
  • The product is in an undamaged condition

All return/exchange requests are subject to verification by Bipha.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this policy.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Refund Processing

Once your return/refund request is approved, the process will be completed within 7–21 business days.

Refund Modes

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund will be credited to the original account within 4–10 working days
  • Store Credit / Gift Voucher / Promotions: Refund will be issued as store credit

International Orders - Important Terms

Customs Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes as per the destination country’s regulations.

These charges are:

  • Determined by local customs authorities
  • Collected by the courier (e.g., DHL)
  • Fully payable by the consignee (customer)

For any questions or disputes regarding duty charges, customers should contact the destination courier or customs authority directly.

Non-Delivery / Return to Origin

International shipments may be returned to origin due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Consignee not reachable or non-responsive
  • Shipment unclaimed within the permitted time
  • Customs clearance failure due to local regulations

In such cases:

  • The shipment will be returned to our facility
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded
  • Return shipping charges and any applicable courier/handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount

Refund for International Orders

If the returned shipment is received back in acceptable condition, the refund will be processed after deducting:

  • Forward shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Applicable payment gateway or transaction charges

International Refund Method

Refunds for international orders will be processed through:

  • Original payment method (where feasible), or
  • Approved alternative methods such as PayPal or bank transfer

Refund Timeline (International Orders)

Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days after:

  • Receipt and verification of returned shipment, or
  • Approval of refund request (where return is not applicable)

Actual credit timelines depend on banking channels and payment providers.

Exception Handling

In exceptional cases, partial or full waivers may be considered based on internal review.

All such decisions will be at the sole discretion of Bipha.

Customer Responsibility Before Ordering

Customers are advised to:

  • Check import regulations in their country before placing an order
  • Ensure availability to receive the shipment
  • Ensure willingness to pay applicable customs duties and taxes

Bipha shall not be responsible for shipment delays, rejections, or returns due to country-specific regulations or customer inaction.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms, including responsibility for customs duties and applicable deductions in case of returns.
