All orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods, festivals, sales, operational delays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we may contact you through the email address, phone number, or other contact details provided at the time of order placement.
2. Shipping Charges

Bipha will not be responsible for delivery failure, delay, return to origin, or additional charges arising due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Customers are requested to be available at the provided delivery address and respond to courier calls or delivery attempts.
6. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin
A shipment may be returned to origin due to reasons including, but not limited to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Customer not reachable
Customer unavailable at the delivery address
Refusal to accept delivery
Shipment unclaimed within the permitted time
Courier serviceability issue
Local delivery restrictions
In such cases, any applicable forward shipping charges, return shipping charges, courier handling charges, or re-shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
7. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, local fees, or any other charges as per the laws and regulations of the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges paid at checkout unless specifically mentioned.

8. International Delivery Responsibility
Before placing an international order, customers are advised to:
Check import regulations in their country
Confirm whether the product is permitted for import
Ensure availability to receive the shipment
Ensure willingness to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, and local charges
Provide accurate shipping and contact details
Bipha shall not be responsible for shipment delays, rejection, customs hold, return to origin, confiscation, non-delivery, or additional charges due to country-specific regulations, customs rules, courier limitations, or customer inaction.
9. International Non-Delivery / Return to Origin
International shipments may be returned to origin for reasons including, but not limited to:

Consignee not reachable or non-responsive
